RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. All sales are final after 7 days of delivery.

Kat Zarra is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

 

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

 

For returns to be accepted the item(s) must be:

 

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • all original tags attached
  • in original packaging
  • free of any odors (including perfume)

 

Kat Zarra reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.

 

Once product is received back a refund will be issued within 3 days for all eligible orders. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to info@katzarra.com to coordinate.

 

SALES

Please note that all reduced items are final sale. Such sales include but are not limited to Black Friday and End of Season sales. This excludes the 20% discount with email sign up. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged item please contact customer care immediately at info@katzarra.com with images/videos of the damaged item(s).
